Hedgemont bug/glitch lvl 1 locked

Hello I'm having trouble with the beginner quest regarding hedgemont, the game says the quest is complete but the map says 660 out of 800 so I cannot progress any further. I've tried uninstaling the game, closing the game but when I open the shop it won't show any level progression. I've been playing a few days and haven't been able to level up even once. The game says I have a package waiting but I cannot claim it either.
