Helmets with Hair is still not in the game

In the title, I want to be a street skating helmet user please..  

Hair with hats is a thing, just put that asset on helmets, i think clipping shouldn't be too much of an issue

**bonus suggestion: It would be cool to add knee pads and elbow pads somehow (not as an outfit layer) -- make them only compatible with shorts and skinny pants if clipping is a reason why they arent in
