Huge frames drop and stutter on PC

Since the 05/12 update the game becomes increasingly choppy and it's unplayable after a while (~15-20 minutes of free play). It happens both on Grom and San Van.

The problem persists after game restart (as soon as i enter the game), but a pc reboot "resets" the issue until it happens again.

The game was running fine before this update.
