I subscribed to PS+ for the Play Pack (30 items), but I only received 29; I'm missing the "Barrel Jumper" title, help me please, I subscribed just for that and I don't have the full article :(

It's the same for the Supercharge pack 3 on Xbox (it's the same pack), still no "Barrel Jumper" title!
