Could you please share a DxDiag with us? Since the last game update, have you installed anything else or made any other changes to your PC?

Based on the information in your DxDiag, I recommend trying the following:
- Perform a clean installation of your NVIDIA graphics driver. If the issue started after a recent driver update, you could also try rolling back to an earlier stable version.
- Disable the NVIDIA Overlay, Discord Overlay, recording or monitoring software, and any GPU overclocking.
- Restart your PC and close any unnecessary background applications before launching the game again.

I'm having the same issue... as the other guy.... can you help me? Love this game... everything was perfect until this days... I thougth it could be something about the Xgames event... too many people trying to do login at the same time during the weekend... but now I thing that is another thing....
