Les missions réussies ne s'enregistre pas
Ça fait 2 ou 3 spot que je finis et en sortant de la mission rien n'est validé et je dois tout refaire le spot

Tu devrais écrire en Anglais, les modo sont tatillons là dessus car on est dans la partie Anglaise du forum.

To answer to your question, this is a common issue that is being assessed by the dev team.
Pour répondre à ta question, les devs sont au courant, ils sont en train de check ça mais il y a pas mal de volume de bug à régler avant.
