map not rendering/derendering

 when i play parts of the map and characters dont load like they will just be invisible like they werent there and its usualy like half of the map not just one little thing so i cant play it makes the game unplayable i have tried uninstalling than reinstalling can anybody help, im also on ultra graphics setting
