I purchased SVB with USD and was saving them until I wanted to spend them but while holding them I somehow purchased tix on accident because I pressed spacebar one to many times, it was almost instant. I already have almost everything unlocked, I did not intend to purchase tix.

I am on my last item on page 10 and I pressed spacebar to purchase item with tix but did not notice i didnt have enough tix to buy item so this took me to buy screen and instantly purchased. I do not need tix, I never wanted to buy tix. 

Please reverse my last in-game transaction and deduct 1200 tix from my account and credit 500 svb.

i was charged 500 SVB for UNWANTED Tix

this happened around 2-3am Eastern time on November 1st.

Earlier i was claiming skate.pass items when i ran out of tix yet didnt realize i had ran out. I held down to claim the next item in auto pilot and before the tix page even fully popped up it had already started making the purchase of tix. this is unaccetpable but on my lack of attention i guess. in the daily grind yall said to put these photos into the forums and i would get help. pleaseeeeee give me my san van bucks back

i tried to buy tix with SVB twice both times was the 500 sbv for 1000 tix instead of getting the tix i got a creature deck and a zebra bucket hat unfortunately i dont have the exact svb amount these 2 things cost.

date was October 11

i don’t have screenshots of the purchases but I do have the receipts from PlayStation store showing the 2 500 svb purchases. 

I have made a help case with EA help but unfortunately they just keep going around in circles case number: #224921753
