In order to help our teams investigate, could you please give us some more info:
- Platform
- Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID)
- Is Crossplay enabled or disabled? Does changing it help?
- Screenshot of the error
In the meantime, you can follow those few steps:
- Disable VPN if you use one
- Check that the EA App is not in offline mode if on PC
- Check this Connectivity FAQ.
- Try to restart or even re-install the game
