Hey W00Fbaybee, I know this has been really frustrating, and I’m sorry you’re still dealing with it. But I do need to be honest, we can’t help any further unless the troubleshooting steps are actually completed. They’re not just suggestions; they’re the only way for us to rule things out and figure out what’s going on.
I also noticed you spoke with another community manager in a different thread and didn’t follow the steps they shared. Without those steps done, we’re stuck; there’s nothing new we can offer or check on our side.
We really do want to help you get this sorted, but we need your cooperation. Once you go through the troubleshooting we provided, we can take it from there.
Ok and I asked the last person how to even do all of that because I literally don’t know how im on Xbox my NAT type says open already what now?
