It was useless, it didn't work for me. The problem is EA's, but they don't seem to care.

I got DM'ed about it so I'll specify exactly what fixed this for me. I don't know if it will work for everyone but it's worth a shot.
- In your EA account, on myaccount.ea.com, change your username. I just added an "_" to mine. Doesn't matter what you change, just change it.
- Then, on myaccount.ea.com, in the menu on the left, click on Security & Privacy. Open the Trusted Devices menu and remove every entry there. This just means you'll have to sign in again on every device (and confirm your 2FA again with every sign in)
None of these actions will affect your EA account beyond the change in username (which you could change back anyway) and you will not have to make a new account. Good luck everyone

Well, I’m still not able to get in. I’m really upset because I had beaten the game almost twice. So when I join, it would give me the rewards that I already worked for. Is there any way to get a hold of somebody to help?
I am on Xbox series X.

This actually seems to have worked for me. I changed my EA username on myaccount.ea.com and removed all trusted devices. I then started the game and it doesn't throw the error now.
