Missing Skate Insider/Playtest Rewards

Same Issue here. I participated as a Skate Insider, played many hours, and actively reported bugs. Now I downloaded the Early Access on Steam, linked my account, and played for a while. I noticed that my Skate Insider rewards were missing.After that, I also installed the game again through the EA App Launcher. There I received 200 San Van Bucks, but I am still missing the Insider title and the skins that were supposed to be part of the rewards.I kindly ask for clarification and support so that I can receive my earned Insider rewards.

Update: I just received my rewards(started via ea launcher, claimed, went back into steam), I hope ya'll got it aswell.

Same issues l, i was like maybe I didn't but I triple check they I did signed in to be a insider and I have section opened thats for only insider so I definitely did sign up

Same. I just got the SV Bucks but no cosmetics.

still havent recieved my cosmetic items either. only recieved the 200 san van bucks

same here! played before then as well. have insider emails going back from earlier in year and from last year! played multple times

I'm also missing my Insider rewards, i forgot about the deck tbh but I would like it cause I did play the playtest
