Mission skater eyes

I have been playing skate for a little bit now and I've encountered this bug where it won't let me complete the missionsim stuck on the skater eyes task where I have to level up in the shop but it won't l let me go pass that it's crossed out and everything saying I've completed it but it won't let me progress I've been not able to complete some of the Halloween event missions and some of the missions that come up normally for my friends but the same ones won't pop up for me even though im higher rank then them
