Im currently running the highest graphic settings with motion bur also at the highest quality setting and I noticed recently the motion blur effect on wheels will appear like big blurry squares around my wheels, its always there but its specially noticeable when zoomed in and when my character is going at high speed.
Oh and I forgot to mention this visual bug appears on all motion blur quality settings.
I leave motion blur disabled because of this, seems like it just blurs anything that's moving instead of considering *how* something is moving or whether it's actually moving relative to the camera. I know they have to use shortcuts so blur can process efficiently but whatever formula they're using is definitely not it.
