No possible way to advance in Mission Tour 3, Step 6

Another bump; hopefully somebody’s seen this and that a fix is forthcoming.

Does anyone know what happens if you delete your save and start over? Will I lose all of the things I’ve unlocked or purchased for my character, or is that all server-side and all will be available immediately for a new save? I know that this game is in "early access," but I’ve paid real money to access it – so the lack of clarity is increasingly worrisome.
