Every time I open a case, I get 2 award screen, where the 2nd one shows rip score in 20k+/my actual number.
A bit annoying when opening the boxes, as it have to see it twice everytime.
Also not sure if my rip score is supposed to be at 20k+ number or not.

This simply cannot be an unnoted bug. This has been the case since October 7th, the day of the seasonal patch 0.28 and it affects virtually all players. It makes redeeming any sort of reward, be it boxes for RC, pass items for Tix, event items for chocolate coins, extremely infuriating. I've personally stopped redeeming any sort of rewards because of this issue. If yesterday's hotfix patch has still not addressed and fixed this issue, then I find this highly concerning.
I have the same issue. it started doing it when I was doing the ripping for rewards mission and once it started it has locked me out of completing the mission, I have been to extrovert and leveled up multiple times, the task is crossed out but the mission will not progress past this point.

Very minor issue IMO.
TLDR: Collecting a reward works fine, then pops up a second time.After collecting any reward (on the fancy "congratulations" screen, where you can press Y to skip and A to collect) then going back into the game causes a second reward screen to pop up.
If there was currency in the first redemption it does not give the currency a second time.I believe this started specifically after leveling up a shop.

this game has so many bugs. i noticed it too. i dont think its a bug but merely being redundant. but it's annoying.
It also happens which might be what you’re talking about I’m not able to view that on my phone for the video, that anytime you unlocking a box and then you earn enough rip score points and it levels up it re-gives the notification of unlocking the set item you just unlocked via the product box.
Yeah, I'm having the same thing happen on Xbox Series S.
