Replay System Freezes Occasionally On Export.

As described in the title. When trying to export a replay, the countdown will start, but the replay freezes on the last frame rendered before starting the recording. The game doesn't accept any inputs from MKB or controller, and the only way to continue playing is to quit the game and relaunch. 

When this happens, it spits out a timestamped 0 byte mp4 file to the exported videos folder. Trying to open one spits out a "0xc10100be" error in Windows Media Player, "This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt." Probably because it has 0 bytes of information.
