Ripping for rewards

The ripping for rewards mission is completed but i never received the rewards and cant do the next misson. Ripping for rewards is not on my mission list no more either. I have also reset the game. Uninstall and reinstall the game and even tried deleting my save and getting it back from the cloud but nothing is working
