we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

I'm having the same exact issue, and so are a bunch of other people over on reddit (r/skateEA). 100% soft locked for me. Grinds/Total Score keeps resetting randomly, but it doesn't reset when i fall or go back to respawn point. Doesn't complete even when I DO get all 5 grinds and 2500 score. Cannot proceed.

I am stuck in the “open your eyes” “skater eyes” mission towards the beginning of the game. I have to get 5 flip trucks for a total score of 1500 and I have done it like 100 times but the game is not progressing. It is very upsetting I can’t even skip it. It’s a tutorial, it should have a skip options for some of us who have played skate for years. Please get this fixed!
playing on pc (steam specifically) The game wont recognize my right joystick so i cant do any tricks besides a pop shuvit, is there anyway i can solve this? lmk
Everytime I finish an "act" or a set of missions to move on to the next ones I have to restart the game. When I check the missions log right after they give me a new mission it says every thing completed wait for seasonal challenges. Makes it very tiresome to restart the game every 5 min to move forward in the game and enjoy all the content it has to offer.

I am unable to start Tour 2: Bag of Tricks, and i am unable to access Gullcrest Village, because they both say I'm missing all 70 Challenge goals, even tho when i hover on Market Nile it says I already have 111 Challange goals finished. Check the video down below. I am also not getting any Steam achievements.
Can anyone please help me?
