SoS- Tour 2 Softlock/area 1 softlock/no sound after glitching/ no trophy

Hiya I got a whole bunch of issues haha i was playing AAA one hitter with my friend and i fell through the map while trying to hit it. When I went back to session marker, I would spawn with no limbs but I couldn’t move and on my friends screen my limbs were on backwards then the sound went completely when i ended the challenge and is only now doing a buzzing with inconsistent tapping  even if i reload the game, i had to redownload to fix it which isnt the worst

also i have been softlocked in tour 2 bag of tricks for like 2-3 days i also cannot unlock any challenges in other areas for the same reason being the amount of challenges it says I need to do to unlock it stays at 0, market mile was increasing then when I hit 250 it went back down to 0 and hasn’t increased since no matter how many i do, i have unlocked gullcrest boxes 2-4 but not 1 as it keeps saying I am level 0 in gullcrest and it is locked.

i am also not getting any trophies on my ps5 my friend and sister have got them on their accounts on the same console, but if i compare trophies i cant see they have them which it doesnt affect gameplay but is a cherry on top haha

i love the skate franchise ive been playing for well over a decade now but being a seasoned player i get through 1 area of challenges very quickly and its annoying having to wait a day to do the same area or rely on other players to join coop with me for challenges in those two areas, and i know most people have been responding to already made posts but ive tried progressing for like three days and the game is getting more and more not unplayable but it is getting worse on my end and i really want to play it cause i love it so far haha please helpp🙏🏻
