It's been almost a month now and I still havent gotten the mocap cosmetics, san van bucks, founding founder's cosmetics nor the upcoming skate pass. Whats going on? I bought the contents of the deluxe pack after this and got those items just fine but im still missing the stuff from my regular founders pack. sucks a lot especially since season 1 is launching tomorrow and i'm definitely not buying the skate. pass again. proof of purchase (albeit censored) is linked. bought through steam btw

I paid for the founders deluxe content for skate and have received none of the cosmetic items or credits. I've also made tickets and seeked assistance from EA and have had no help in regards to the situation. I've tried all trouble shooting efforts, reinstalled game, checked add ons, I've restored licenses, still nothing.
Same boat here I’ve talked to people on ea they say they’ve fixed it… but nothing is helping
I’ve tried everything from both Sony and EA forums for troubleshooting. I’ve tried rebuilding the database and clearing the cache. I’m still missing all my cosmetics and other things. For the deluxe portion. Nothing has helped thus far. 3 days and nothing

I have deleted/ reinstalled twice, restored license, still have not got anything
Same here, I had done everything I can do, restart, reinstall , relink PSN, clean ps5 cache, restore the license. Still don’t work.

Bought the Deluxe Founder pack and only received meatman out of the whole pack. No currency or others items are available. Please fix this as it feels like a scam for players who cant access these items.
