Still Stuck on Finer Grind

I'm still stuck on 15/17 trash bags collected. I've been stuck here since launch. I am able to skate through some of the bags, but nothing updates the counter and they keep glitching out and disappearing after only being visible for about 30 seconds. I am able to do daily challenges, but it is currently impossible for me to progress the main missions with this soft lock bug.
