Stuck in a tutorial voice tip loop. Cannot play the game or exit the tip

I have not found a solution yet unfortunately, but it is good to know i'm not the only one having this problem.  Hopefully they can roll out an update or something that fixes it because the game is unplayable with this bug :(

I have been trying to fix this bug for 3 hours and nothing has worked. I hope they are able to find this bug soon because I do enjoy playing this game.

I have the same problem too it's very annoying. I was enjoying the start of the game until this issue. oh well back to shredders for me a very reliable game which is a fraction on the company EA is lol

EA staff gave me a solution that worked for me, and I hope it works for you all as well.

You have to launch the game and wait until you reach the title screen (you’ll get there automatically, you don’t have to press anything). When the option to enter the accessibility settings appears, go into it and enable subtitles. That’s all.
