During my last skate session, I somehow breached through the map and fell through the ground until everything quickly turned black. I couldn't pull up my map, and any input I tried did not work. Stuck in the infinite black realm, I quit and restarted my game. I got to the start up screen and went through the white skate loading screen, and when I reached the black skate loading screen it loaded and loaded and then went completely black. I quit and restarted the game multiple times, cleared the cache and storage and license and all that stuff, and still when I start up skate it takes me to a black screen after loading and keeps me there. I'm stumped because the game loads you in to wherever you were skating last or your last spawn point, and since I'm locked under the map, that's where it's constantly trying to take me. I think my game could be toast for good unless someone from EA could manually fix it. Insane one time bug that keeps me and others from playing the game, not digging it.
Same with me but I went through a building wall and the only thing I can see is black and the compass at the top but can't do anything or pull up map or teleport back to my marker pls fix this I haven't played for like 2 days
The exact same thing happened to me. I glitched under the map in the new tunnel they added and tried to go back to my marker and my camera would but my character just wouldn’t be there.
i restarted my game and now i have an infinite loading screen. Such a weird bug but i think it’s because the game can’t load your last character location.
i don’t think we will be able to play until they release a patch for it. So annoying

I'm on PlayStation 5. I was not doing a mission or challenge when this happened, I was just free skating.
My character suddenly glitched, went invisible, and fell through the map. I couldn't move, so I restarted the game. Ever since that restart, my main account gets stuck on the loading screen every single time. I tested another account on the same PS5 and that one loads perfectly, so the issue is only happening on my main account. My username is paperrock45.
Please help, I really want to play again.

Same here. Exact same situation yesterday. Clipped through the map, tried to go back to session marker and my character no longer existed and even as of this morning if I try to play it loads for a very very long time and then its just a black screen. I can't even play. Perhaps it was trying to save me from buying the battlepass.
I just got this bug last night, I was skating on one of the new rooftop spots and my character glitched through the building, I hit up on the dpad to go to my session marker and got hit with a black screen. I close the game and try to login I get hit with long loading screens, occasionally I’ll get to the “thank you for playing season 2” screen, I hit continue and still just a black screen. Can we please fix this?ridiculous how buggy this game is.
EXACT SAME ISSUE! I've only gotten back in the game once, i was under the map for a moment and then immediately disconnected. The furthest I've gotten is receiving this new prompt past the loading screen.
I linked a steam account to my EA id then downloaded the game on steam and was able to get with no problem
PS5 PLAYERS I was able to get back in. All I did was download steam, installed the game and for some reason it went through.
