I am stuck on the fourth step, i have completed it but its saying listen to lizzy she says her lines and then it doesn't carry with the next mission

This happened to me last night, its been many hours and I'm still stuck on this mission
It won't let me grab the board with my left hand, just does nothing
This is happening but with the Shingo mission

RE-TRACK THE MISSION
phuskooz I have the same issue as MrNicegun and have tried to untrack and track again but it’s still not working
**bleep**. That’s what worked for me.
I tracked a different mission then re-tracked Izzy and she just started talking
Only mission ive got is the one ive got a problem with , every time I track and un track izzy repeats the the lines and it does absolutely nothing still says listen to izzy
