Tour 3: Express Yourself. End Of Beginning. Step 1/14

So this mission will not load for me no matter how many times I restart the game etc. I will go in to the purple circle and nothing will happen. All I want to do is finish this tutorial. Is there anyway we can sort this out so I can progress in the game in the future. I thought this would be fixed in the last update but still nothing. So would appreciate the looking into it not sure if im the only one.
