Two issues and one not being part of the game!!!!

I had a problem before a long while ago where I couldn’t have my Xbox email and gmail email on the right accounts and Braddock helped me out in the discord server(keep this in mind)  flash forward to now season 1 is released so far good (wish the seasonal challenges kinda refreshed daily but I hope more missions (not challenges. missions tab)come. There are challenges that are bugged and aren’t registering your party doing the challenge so we gotta end them ourself. But my BIGGEST problem is your discord bot removed me permanently from the discord because of my bio that I had ever since I joined the server before playtests started. And also the fact it banned me off MY BIO, imma say it again off MY BIO I didn’t say anything rude in chat, I asked a question (not cuss or say rudely) and I got a ea mod message saying that. It’s crazy to think that the message it says is because of my behavior but ban me because of my bio something I can change that has no use to y’all conduct because it’s my bio not a chat in the server??? This is my real problem.
