My UI and menus keep disappearing or flickering, or large chunks go missing, text on the screen is garbled, etc. Game is basically unplayable. This wasn't happening before the latest update. My PC is running fine.

"three months later" lol it's been 7 weeks since AMD released the broken drivers, don't be so dramatic
it didn't start with the driver update tho and rolling back doesn't guarantee a fix
It did start with the driver update. The broken one was released on January 21st, the day before this was posted. If you follow the other comment I left which is now highlighted in the main post, you need to use the AMD Cleanup Utility before reinstalling the older driver or it will still be broken.
