For many weeks now, I noticed that many menu elements do not load correctly and keep popping in and out. It seems that most settings are still working and I hear the sound effect of clicking and changing pages, but nothing renders on the screen. The short clip attached shows the HUD elements coming in and out as well as the maps and settings menu not loading properly in free roam. This happens on all locations.
System Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: AMD Radeon 9070 XT
Memory: 32 GB DDR5-6000
I'm experiencing the same issue that is visible in the above attached video clip.
