Unable to unlock Spectaporter side tour.

I am trying to complete my missions and the side tour Spectaporter is still showing locked even though I did the finer grind mission. I know that I have completed the mission because it is not showing up anymore.

Had this bug since day 2 of early access, been well over a month now, and i'm just stuck not being able to progress and only play daily challenges for over a month now
