I’ve noticed the past couple days when people join my party, I can’t hear them
I have all my chat privacy's turned off on my console and voice chat enabled in game and the volume all the way up but it dims out my music and nothing from the other skater.
Just booted up a different video game and my voice chat was working fine there

Community ManagerHey HekinGoober, if you go to Settings while in the game menus, go to Audio, please check your output and input device in there:
If it's set to System Default and it's not picking up audio, try manually selecting your headset to see if that works.
Let us know if that fixes the problem.
I don't have a headset connected, I have my controllers microphone I talk through. Could that be a problem?
Community ManagerYes, it is possible that the system is trying to use the controller as an output device as well. Instead of using System Default, try selecting the output device manually.
