Wont load after waiting in que

I have been having a lot of issues about not getting into the game, I’ll wait in the queue for 5 minutes then as soon as I get into the game it glitches out and closes the app. Resulting in me having to wait in the que again. Then resulting in me getting glitched out. It’s an unhealthy cycle. Pretty frustrating. 
this game has so much potential I can not wait for you guys to finish up with all of these insane bugs.
