Admiral raddus not able to use “Hope” ability at 100% vs queen amidala in GA.

I’ve looked through the queen’s kit and don’t see any reason that I shouldn’t have been able to activate it. It was not blocked like when under the ability block debuff. After looking around here I did find other players that experienced the same thing, only against queen amidala and in grand arena but unaware of its outside of grand arena too. The screenshot provided is not my own. I failed to screen shot the occurrence when in battle. But it was the same situation. Maybe there is some combination of kits between queen amidala, padawan obi-wan, and master qui-gon that would prevent the ability to be clicked on but I fail to see it. It did unfortunately add to my defeat in that particular round of grand arena. 

Again not my screenshot but the player is illustrating the same issue. The poster did not get any traction on his post I think due to it not being in the proper thread category. Hopefully this helps someone. That or I end up looking very foolish because I didn’t see an obvious counter ability to it.
