I have posted twice in the technical issues forum but no answer so I'll try here.

Bought the episode pass 2 weeks ago and never received it. EA Help confirmed the purchase and I received an invoice and the coaxium in the webstore so I know the purchase was processed.
EA Help said there's no issue on their end so they won't do anything. They said it's a developer issue and won't engage with me now.
When I try to re-purchase the pass, it says "Purchase Failed" but the pass remains locked.
So two weeks in, I've missed out on the Kix and Brutus Marquee events higher tiers, episode quests, galactic challenges, paid actual money and can't get in-game help, refund or even customer service.
I saw that someone else has the issue resolved (see screenshot) on here but I'm getting nowhere.
Anybody got any idea or fix for this issue? Or who I can escalate this to?
