Dark Rey prevents First Order allies from being defeated until all enemies have taken a turn of are defeated. Did everyone on your team get a turn before they killed all of them? That datacron will give Rey a bunch of bonus turns.

TLDR version - Bug? No. Read kits? Yes.Same result for me today in GAC on both sides in a mirror match, everyone on both sides down to minimal health. I ended up putting it in auto mode for last 2 minutes of battle and no one would die on either side. I've done this same battle dozens of times in regular arena and never seen this.
