Bronzium LST at end of Rebel anniversary calendar only takes character to G12?

After the latest update, I thought all bronzium lightspeed tokens now take characters to relic 1, however, after applying it to Drogan his stats only increased to gear 12. Have I misunderstood some terms (like, are not all bronzium LSTs equal?) or is this an error in game?

    This is working as intended. You applied the Rebel LST to Drogan, which upgraded the character to G12. The Unaligned Force User token will upgrade UFUs to R1.
