I've done the fleet portion of the jakku rebel/resistance challenge twice each time with only 6 ships in the fleet and the second without summoning the 5th reinforcement. Is it a bug or am i missing...
Ideas
Seems to only count if you take zero reinforcements in. Just the starting three and leave the reinforcement slots blank.
