Hello everyone. Today I noticed that the chat is no longer visible, and I can't see the status of other players or friends. Is this just a bug in the game, or is this a hacker attack?

I closed the app, shut off the phone and cleared the cache, and it cleared. Not sure if one or all three steps were needed.
