Datacron set 34 "protection up l6" turn meter gain bugged

Whenever an enemy loses Turn Meter, Empire allies gain Protection Up (stacking, 10%) for 2 turns. Whenever an ally loses Protection Up they gain 10% Turn Meter.

- Datacron is not granting turn meter per stack of protection lost rather its granting 10% turn meter for any amount of stacks of protection up expring

Example: Mara Jade has 32 stacks of protection up in the screenshot and loses 16 stacks of protection up when she does a basic and the datacron is lumping the stacks together as just 1 instance of protection up lost resulting in a 10% turn meter gain when in reality she should be gainign 10% turn meter **per** stack of protection up lost

Example from the last time we had this cron: Mara jade does a middle with 40 stacks of protection up, she then loses 13 stacks of prot up leaving her with 27 prot up and gains >100% turn meter allowing her to take another turn
