Gain Retaliate 10 Times episode Quest not working

I am also seeing this issue.

I got it to work with Dark Side Rey.  I used her as a solo toon on normal DS node 8A
(I got 3 per battle)

It worked for me with the "Raise da Shield" ability at level 8 of Gungan Phalanx that gives the retaliate buff.

I got it to work with Quiggold and BH Asajj Ventress. 

I couldn’t get it to work with Gungans.  The Asajj BH worked.  Thanks. 

I just used (DSRey) solo in galactic war and basic until 1st special is available and use that. Took 10 quick battles. No energy. 

how may ppl have  dark side  rey ? 100 ?
