Like every day or every other day the galaxy of hero's website store asks for a verification code via email and this is so annoying especially when you press remember me but it just doesn't. Please fix this or have a don't send verification codes to this device again I'm getting tired of having to wait and type them in all the time.
Also I reported this via the in game help but that was completely pointless as the "advisors" just use AI and don't actually help. They literally left in the part of the ai's reply as shown in screenshot.
Bring back real humans and no I do not clear cookies or anything like that.
