Thanks for the answer! The thing is, I've done this a dozen times in about 1.5 years and never got any answer! I tried before posting on the forum but... I can't even attach a picture. The post has everything you're asking for, please fix this problem!

What you're missing are the Tier 7 Yoda master challenge rewards, which are shards, not the character itself. Did you try to explain the situation to the Advisor you consulted with? 

Also, it is possible the advisor meant the shards are in your inventory. Did you check your inbox?
