I completed the Grand Master Yoda challenge. However, I did not get the seventh star (100 shards). Please fix it!

Rewards from Hero challenges can occasionally get stuck. To investigate these missing shards and have a closer look at the account, please follow this guide to contact the Support team directly from within the game settings.

Thanks for the answer! The thing is, I've done this a dozen times in about 1.5 years and never got any answer! I tried before posting on the forum but... I can't even attach a picture. The post has everything you're asking for, please fix this problem!
