I bought ugnaught lightspeed bundle. Was delivered a different bundle.

I have screenshots of the support staff saying they acknowledge that I bought ugnaught and that they appreciate my receipts, but I will have to accept that they gave me something else.

It's one thing for them to not send me what I paid for, for them to acknowledge that I paid for it and then effectively tell me to get lost is disgraceful.

I spend money on this game monthly and have been playing for ten years. If I am now being told that when I buy something I have to accept that they will maybe not give me what I paid for and I have to accept that, it is the last money I will ever spend on this game or on anything else CG is associated with.

  • I would say the words 'i recognize you bought the ugnaught lightspeed bundle' seem like a pretty clear recognition that I bought the ugnaught lightspeed bundle.

    In a way, I am glad this happened. EA has ripped me off for 15 bucks. I was going to spend 30 on the new episode path yesterday and didn't. 

    So EA supports decision to recognize I bought ugnaught but say there is nothing they can do about it, then backpedal and claim they never said they recognize that I bought it despite the words being right there for anyone with eyes has already saved me money.

    Very interesting that there are a number of people with currently open threads who also bought ugnaught and received random garbage instead. I am sure it's just a whole lot of user error.

    I would reach out to in-game support again. But I have been doing this for a week already and repeatedly facing 'nothing we can do, calling this issue resolved' 

    At this point I am interested in taking it up with your legal team. Have you got an email address for them? I have repeatedly tried to get this information from your support staff who have point blank refused to provide me with that information, which isn't a great look

    From what I can see, you purchased the below:

    • CUP Lightspeed Bundle on April 2nd at 16:04:08 UTC
    • CUP Lightspeed Bundle 2 (II) on April 4th at 05:19:30 UTC
    • Ewok Scout Lightspeed Bundle on April 4th at 05:20:21 UTC

     

    I did not see any mention of an Ugnaught Lightspeed bundle in your transaction history, which leads me to believe that this may have been an accidental purchase. The screenshot you provided from support also mentions that they did confirm the purchase of any Ugnaught LSB.

    I would recommend reaching out to support again, and seeing if they could help you with an accidental purchase of the CUP Lightspeed Bundle 2, as I am unable to help in this regard - https://help.ea.com/en/articles/star-wars/star-wars-galaxy-heroes/get-help/

    Purchase was made on the 04/04/2026. Early afternoon time in Perth Australia.

    They gave me an r10 CUP instead of r10 ugnaught. Which is irritating because I had already bought r9 cup.

    Please note that the support staff have recognized that I bought the ugnaught LS bundle as shown in the screenshot in my previous post.

  • Interesting update. Here is a screenshot of someone acknowledging my purchase. Followed by a screenshot of someone denying that someone had acknowledged my purchase. 

    I have asked for contact details for EAs legal team. Support staff have given me a snail mail address in china and insisted that that is the only method that exists to contact their legal team.
