I did not receive the portrait of Darth Nihilus

Hello, I have fulfilled the conditions for obtaining a portrait of Darth Nihilus - that is, I took first place in the Triumvirate of Sith raid on heroic difficulty, but unfortunately I did not receive a portrait and achievement, please help with this issue.

Nowhere in the game is it indicated or said that the portrait was removed from the rewards for completing the recda. Moreover, there is an achievement in the game and it clearly states the conditions for obtaining this portrait.

 

I've been going for this award for a very long time, it's not fair!

    The portrait and titles were removed months ago when studio introduced the legacy raids and allowed players to SIM them.

    Thank you for such a quick response. But in the game, I see both the portrait and the achievements, they're just not open.

    The game has all titles and portraits listed. If you scroll through it, you'll find locked titles for original GA feats, first conquest, etc. Just because the titles and portraits are visible in game, it doesn't mean they can be awarded at this moment in time. Studio removes or adds content with every update.
