I purchased the Episode Pass+ but did not receive it.

I purchased the Episode Pass+ last night at 19:37GMT through the web store, once the Colonel Ward episode had started. I received a receipt and my card is showing a pending transaction, but I have not received the episode pass.

I went to the "EA Help" tab in game and the AI said it could take 24 hours. I went and checked the web store again and the episode pass is available for purchase again, as though I never bought it less than 24 hours ago.
