I think the past year of buggy, boring and frankly embarrassing content should answer that question. 

Fixed everywhere that players would benefit from the bug. Still broken in places that the bug does not benefit players. There is just no love for players

It is crazy that this is still broken, god forbid someone test something.

I swear to god CG test your patches. This is still not fixed this is the 2nd time your, company is cheating me out resources and crystals. 

and in typical CG fashion, it has been over 8 hours with no acknowledgement of a major issue

They’re on vacation until next year why would they care about what their unplayed beta testers encountered.

I am also getting the same issue. This is now twice I was cheated out of resources

can ea just get bought out then told to cut Capital games so everyone moves on with their lives
