EA QV TeamNot sure what you mean. Studio is not resetting progresses on accounts or demote units.
As can been seen here. Padawan Sabine is relic gear 4 but it shows that she is 6 stars. I could only upgrade relic if I was 7 stars (which I was).
There was a recent update where you can now relic characters at less than 7 stars. Are you sure you didn't just do that with Sabine at 6 stars?
