LV seems to have learned how to apply O66 after his clone allies have died. When dispelling debuffs/dots vs LV, allies will become applied with O66 as if the lvl 15 clause of the Appo DC is still active after Appo has been defeated. "Whenever an enemy dispels any amount of dots, Appo gains a stack of knight fall and he applies O66 on a random enemy that had a dot dispelled for 1 turn, which can't be resisted, evaded or dispelled."
Based on the wording "he applies" it should only be in effect if Appo is still alive.
