Hi,
17th of June I bought the "Depa Billaba Bundle TWO" but I did not get the content in the bundle.
Instead a got a message in-game telling me:
"Transcation Processed. There was an issue processing your purchase. We have credited your account as best as we could".
And to prepare even more for the JMMW-event I decided on the 22nd of June to buy the "Temple Guard Bundle TWO". The samething happened again, so I did not received any content there as well.
I have made a post in the forum "Technical Issuues" and tried to reach out to "EA Help". In the "EA Help" chat I also sent pictures of transactions and email confirmation.
